American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro ICU travel position requiring neuro experience and night shift availability in Tyler, TX.

Neuro ICU setting within a hospital environment
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Neurological critical care patient population
-
Floating required to ICU, IMC, and Telemetry units as needed
-
Epic EMR experience preferred
-
Active TX or Compact RN license currently in hand

Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS

Minimum 1-2 years of RN experience required

Neuro nursing experience required

Travel nursing experience preferred

2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Travel pairs or groups will not be accepted for this position

Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible

Candidates residing in the following TX counties are not eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris

Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler

RTO is limited to no more than 3 days and no RTO will be approved during the first week of orientation
