We are looking to hire an experienced landscape maintenance supervisor and a landscape construction supervisor. Must have knowledge and an understanding of the following areas: hardscaping, pavers, masonry, planting, snow removal, operating heavy equipment and drainage work. Applicant must be able to manage a crew. We are a year-round company and there is room to grow with us.
Responsibility:
- Ability to manage Performance & Quality in both a landscape and snow removal environment across multiple sites
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members
- Maintaining schedules and ensuring expectations are met.
- Recognizing issues on client sites and alerting leadership of those issues.
COMPETENCIES
- Landscaping: 5 years (Required)
- Paver work/Masonry: 5 years (Required)
- Running a crew/crews: 2 years (Required)
- Ability to read landscape plans
- Bi-lingual is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Current Driver’s License with a clean driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
