We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in becoming a tow truck driver to join our team at Squires Towing, a leading provider of towing and roadside assistance services. As a trainee tow truck driver, you will learn the skills necessary to safely tow and transport vehicles, as well as provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Learn how to safely operate a tow truck and other equipment to transport vehicles
- Assist with responding to service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with clients, dispatchers, and other team members
- Learn how to safely secure and tow a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and motorcycles
- Complete paperwork and maintain accurate records of all services provided
- Maintain and clean equipment and tow trucks
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and yet exciting environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions
