Personal Characteristics:
- Ability to coordinate multiple bakery tasks. work in a timely and in an efficient manner; and be able to multi-task.
- Skilled at time management, organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented and passionate about exceptional bakery products.
- Display pleasant and polite demeanor while motivating co-workers to work as a team and to ensure that food and guest experience meet company standards.
- Ability to communicate feedback to others constructively and politely.
- Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Position Requirements
- Follow baking recipes, complete prep lists, and follow procedures safely
- Prepare baked goods and pastries, timely and efficiently while maintaining company standards
- Follow company standards for pastry finishing, cake decoration, and recipe execution
- Ensure proper product identification, labeling and expiration dates of each product.
- Maintain and organize proper storage, identification and organization of products
- Ensure proper equipment and facility cleaning practices
- Must have weekend availability
