GH Logistics is hiring Load Coverage Coordinators to join our San Antonio operations team. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role centered on one thing: booking freight. You will be working live loads, contacting carriers, and covering capacity on active lanes every shift. No fluff, no busywork — just results.

What You'll Do
- Cover open loads by sourcing and booking qualified carriers
- Make outbound carrier calls to secure capacity on active lanes
- Enter and update load information accurately in our TMS
- Communicate load status, ETAs, and issues to the dispatch team in real time
- Meet daily booking targets and contribute to shift coverage goals

What We're Looking For
- Experience in freight brokerage, load coverage, or carrier sales preferred
- Strong phone presence — you are comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Fast, accurate data entry
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during a full shift
- Reliable, on-time, and accountable
