We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Case Manager.
Competitive Compensation
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
- Assists with FMLA, STD, Cobra, Legal Issues, etc.
- Participates in daily clinical staffing.
- Completes and assists with the initial intake of new admissions and conducts daily orientation for new admission.
- Coordinates discharge planning upon completion of guest's treatment.
- Completes initial and follow up assessments on every guest.
- Resolves conflicts through general and supportive advice.
- Maintains open communication line with facility staff, attending physicians and families.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ yrs. old
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
