Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Sales Associate
- Connect with customers in person to understand their wireless, internet, and connectivity needs.
- Introduce AT&T products and services through personalized, solution-based conversations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating positive and memorable customer experiences.
- Build lasting customer relationships by providing knowledgeable recommendations and ongoing support.
- Stay informed on AT&T products, promotions, and technology updates.

Qualifications of the AT&T Customer Sales Associate
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
