We are looking for a HRBP (Los Angeles) to be the backbone of our US operations.
The Role:
As our on-the-ground HR lead in LA, you will operate autonomously to manage all HR and Admin functions for the US entity. You are not just a generalist; you are a recruitment expert and a culture ambassador.
Your Impact:
Talent Acquisition (Core): Own the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation—for all US roles.
HR Operations: Manage seamless onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Ensure meticulous maintenance of personnel records and compliance with US labor laws.
Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries, fostering a transparent and flat culture. Mitigate labor risks through proactive communication and policy enforcement.
Performance & Growth: Support the performance review cycle and assist the US Market Lead in team management and development.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
3+ years of solid HR & Admin experience in the US, with 2+ years focused on full-cycle recruiting.
US Work Authorization (Must-have).
Deep understanding of US employment compliance, benefits administration, and risk mitigation.
Exceptional communication skills, high initiative, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
