Core Functions:
- Assure that products are manufactured in compliance with regulatory requirements and manufacturing plans are monitored for compliance with ISO, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Support inspections (visual and measurements)
-
Support Quality Engineers in creating measurement methods and inspection instructions for various products
-
Follow procedures for documentation and disposition of non-conforming material
-
Drive timely investigations of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and customer complaints
-
Communicate clearly and document inspection results legibly
-
Follow applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Prepare customer quality documentation as required

Maintain records of inspections and tests performed

Coordinate shipment of finished product
-
Perform routine environmental monitoring
- Actively promote and drive safety culture
- Other duties as assigned
Background/Expertise:
- High school diploma or general education equivalent (GED) required

Minimum of five (5) years of related experience preferred

Experience with standard verification tools/measurements
-
Working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures

Ability to identify errors, troubleshoot issues and perform research independently
-
Capable of applying established guidelines and instructions to job functions

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness

Skilled in leveraging multiple software tools to organize and manage data efficiently
Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position involves 70% computer-based work and 30% active duties on the production floor while using the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
