Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to delight guests with innovative offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all serving areas, adhering to proper food handling procedures.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently.
- Provide knowledgeable wine pairing recommendations and assist guests with selecting beverages suited to their preferences.
- Support bar management by restocking supplies, organizing the bar area, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Engage with guests proactively to enhance their experience through excellent customer service, attentive serving, and friendly communication.
Experience
- Previous experience working in fine dining establishments or upscale restaurants is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in cocktail creation, beverage recipe development, and craft beer or brewing knowledge is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is required for efficient order processing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in wine knowledge, food service, catering, banquet service or retail math will be considered advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is necessary to ensure guest safety.
- Prior hospitality experience involving serving alcohol responsibly and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels is highly valued.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
