Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stock organization
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions and cash handling
- Assist customers with product selection, answer questions and offer personalized recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via in-person interactions or over the phone, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Qualifications
- Familiarity with retail sales processes including POS systems and cashiering is advantageous
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for merchandising and stock management
