You'll lead a sales team that helps our customers upgrade their phones, choose the right data plan, and switch to fiber. The AT&T Management Associate meets our customers in person, explains why AT&T’s cell phones, data plans, and fiber outperform the rest, and drives sales by highlighting our unbeatable network.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Management Associate
- Lead daily sales activity in person by driving sales conversations that position AT&T cell phones, data plans, and Fiber as the obvious upgrade.
- Coach your sales team to sharpen their pitch, tighten their follow‑through, and close more accounts with confidence.
- Spot buying signals by reading customers quickly and steering them toward the right wireless devices and Fiber packages.
- Elevate customer decisions by breaking down AT&T wireless and Fiber benefits in a way that makes competitors look outdated.
- Drive upgrade momentum by encouraging our customers to switch to faster Fiber speeds or more flexible data plans.
- Set the performance pace by modeling strong sales habits and keeping the team’s energy high from open to close.
Qualifications of an AT&T Management Associate
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interest in sales or leadership roles is a plus; no prior experience required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
