What You'll Do
Lead the Team
-
Provide daily leadership and shift briefings for Front Desk and Breakfast associates
-
Coach, train, and hold team members accountable to brand and company standards
-
Ensure smooth shift coverage, timely breaks, and on-time arrivals/departures
Deliver 5-Star Guest Service

Greet, check in, and check out guests with efficiency and warmth

Anticipate guest needs and resolve complaints using guest recovery best practices

Manage reservations, OTA bookings, billing, and folio accuracy using Opera, Quore, Kipsu, and Merlin

Enroll new loyalty members and prepare Elite guest amenities
Run the Operation

Oversee cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliation

Maintain a polished, professional front desk and lobby presentation

Partner with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B to keep operations seamless
-
Step in as Manager on Duty when leadership is off-property — handling safety, security, and service issues with confidence
What You Bring

Previous hospitality, hotel front desk, guest services, or customer service supervisory experience preferred (not required — we'll train the right person!)

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine customer-focused mindset

Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Flexibility for varied shifts — mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Sharp problem-solving skills and an eye for detail

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs
