Overview (MUST SPEAK English & Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Braze copper refrigerant lines and HVAC components according to company specifications and industry standards.
- Measure, cut, bend, fit, and assemble copper tubing for refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings to complete assigned work accurately.
- Perform pressure testing, leak testing, and visual inspections to verify the integrity of brazed joints.
- Operate brazing torches, hand tools, tube cutters, flaring tools, and other fabrication equipment safely.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and ensure compliance with production standards.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve assembly issues.
- Follow production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
- Complete required production and quality documentation.
