Cemline Corporation is looking to hire team members at Cheswick manufacturing facility to assist in the manufacturing process.
Welder's responsibilities include being able to read and understand blue prints, measuring and cutting materials to specifications, and welding materials while keeping the production area clean, working the production area as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to read and interpret weld symbols, plans and drawings.
- Performs GMAW, GTAW and SMAW following designated WPS
- Weld fittings, pipes, nozzles and flanges adhering to proper tolerances
- Welds and inside and outside of required parts
- Performs work in a timely fashion while maintaining Company standards and quality control
- Performs all duties in a safe and professional manner and in accordance with established Company policies and procedures.
- Reports unsafe conditions and unsafe equipment.
- Ensure proper daily completion of time sheet of all work assigned and performed.
- Ensure proper handling of all parts, units, assemblies and equipment while in process
- Ensure that all documentation is properly filled out and recorded.
- Maintain the work area in a safe, clean and operative condition, ensuring all tools are accounted for at completion of all assigned tasks.
- Responsible and accountable for all work performed.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical dexterity.
