- Be charismatic and hospitable to all of our guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Must be TIPS/serv-safe alcohol certified
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hotel industry preferred, but not necessary
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and cocktail recipes
