Duke University Health System- Duke University Hospital seeks to hire an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Labor & Delivery Unit. In this role, you will support a diverse patient population with conditions such as preeclampsia, placenta previa, preterm labor, multifetal gestations, surgical/post‑cesarean recovery, and medically complex postpartum needs. Our team promotes compassionate, family‑centered care while delivering high‑acuity clinical services
The Antenatal & High‑Risk Postpartum RN provides skilled, evidence‑based nursing care to pregnant and postpartum patients experiencing high‑risk conditions. This role includes continuous assessment, medication management (including high‑alert medications), patient education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal maternal and fetal outcomes.
- $36.37 - $49.54/hour base pay - based on experience and education
- Weeknight Differential: $9.50/hour
- Weekend Night Differential: $14.50/hour
- $7,500 commitment bonus, paid in 4 installments
- Up to $8,000 relocation assistance
Requirements:
- Previous work experience (1+ years) as a clinical nurse is required.
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or higher), Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program is required.
