Summary
As a Jasko Fitness Solutions Service Technician you will be responsible for driving to commercial fitness facilities in NC & SC to maintain (Preventative Maintenance), diagnose, repair and install fitness equipment.
Reporting to the Service Manager and Clients your role requires a blend of good mechanical and electrical knowledge & experience, along with great customer service skills. Proficiency using hand tools, multi-meter, internet, basic software including Excel, Word, and Outlook, will be required for documenting service records and communicating effectively. Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair and perform preventative (PM) maintenance on commercial fitness equipment.
- Utilize hand tools, multi-meter, manuals, and diagrams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and concerns.
- Maintain accurate reports and records of service performed and parts used.
- Driving safely to client locations up to 200 mile radius of Charlotte area.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
- Occasional overnight travel required.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
