Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to help keep our Taco Bell locations clean and organized.
In this role, you will be responsible and trained to keep upkeep of our facilities through hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Your work will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all occupants and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety standards are met.
- Maintain and clean mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues using schematics, technical manuals.
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate repairs, upgrades, or renovations while maintaining high customer service standards for internal clients.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related manufacturing environment with hands-on mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to perform welding tasks and painting as needed for facility upkeep.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively document work orders and collaborate with team members.
- Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to oversee maintenance projects or junior staff.
