What You'll Do
As a Room Attendant, you will ensure every guest room meets the exceptional standards our guests expect.
Responsibilities include:
- Clean assigned guest rooms and suites to luxury hotel standards
- Make beds with precision and attention to detail
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Dust, vacuum, polish, and maintain all guest room areas
- Clean windows, mirrors, and window tracks
- Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts throughout the shift
- Report maintenance concerns promptly to ensure rooms remain in excellent condition
- Respond professionally to guest requests for additional amenities or special service needs
- Greet guests warmly whenever encountered in the hotel
- Follow all hotel cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Takes pride in producing exceptional work
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys working independently while contributing to a team
- Is dependable and maintains a positive attitude
- Can meet the physical demands of a fast-paced housekeeping environment, including standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred, but not required—we're happy to train motivated individuals.
