Rochambeau Roadside Inn is an award-winning, 22-room boutique hotel in Williamsburg. We're looking for an experienced, dependable, hardworking person to join our housekeeping team.
This isn't just a housekeeping job. We're a small team, and everyone helps wherever needed. Some days you'll be cleaning guest rooms, other days you'll be stocking supplies, refreshing public spaces, delivering linens, watering plants, or helping keep the property looking its best. If you enjoy staying busy and take pride in your work, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
- Clean and reset guest rooms to our high standards
- Restock linens, towels, and guest amenities
- Help maintain our lobby, clubhouse, and other public areas
- Keep storage areas clean and organized
- Walk the property picking up litter and reporting maintenance concerns
- Blow off sidewalks and patios, water plants, and help keep the grounds looking great
- Assist with laundry, inventory, and other housekeeping duties as needed
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Experienced in housekeeping, hotel, custodial, or similar cleaning work
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing quality work
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a small team
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the shift
- Willing to jump in wherever help is needed

- Part-time hours with weekend availability required
