3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:55 PM–7:00 AM

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Entry Level and Advanced Machine Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Whitewater, WI. These positions support the production of engineered plastic components and offer opportunities for candidates at different levels of manufacturing experience.
Entry Level Operators are ideal for candidates looking to develop their manufacturing skills and cross-train in multiple areas. Advanced Operators should bring previous manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform basic machine troubleshooting.
Plastics or injection molding experience is a strong plus.
Entry Level OperatorResponsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, and handle production materials as required
- Perform quality checks on manufactured parts throughout the production process
- Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies
- Follow established work instructions and production procedures
- Maintain required production records and documentation
- Assist with material handling and other production responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
- Cross-train in additional production areas as needed
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Plastics manufacturing experience is a strong plus
- Material handling or quality inspection experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn multiple departments and production processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to quality and safety
- Dependable attendance and willingness to learn
Advanced OperatorResponsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production presses
- Monitor machine performance throughout production runs
- Perform basic troubleshooting of machine and press issues
- Make appropriate operating adjustments within established procedures
- Perform quality inspections throughout production
- Identify and report quality or equipment concerns
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Enter production information into computer systems
- Assist with machine changeovers
- Support process and production improvements
- Maintain an organized and safe work area
- Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Injection molding experience strongly preferred
- Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Basic press or production-machine troubleshooting experience
- Previous quality inspection experience
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound production decisions
- Ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
This is a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on producing high-quality plastic components. Employees must be comfortable working around production machinery and maintaining consistent quality and safety standards throughout the shift.
Required work attire includes long pants, preferably jeans, a T-shirt, and closed-toe shoes. Required safety glasses are provided.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
