What You’ll Do
Lead the Guest Experience
- Create an energetic and welcoming environment for guests and team members
- Support exceptional guest service and ensure every guest leaves satisfied
- Assist with resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Lead by example during busy shifts and peak periods
Support Daily Operations
- Help oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards are maintained
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Help keep the restaurant organized, efficient, and running smoothly during high-volume shifts
Lead & Support the Team
- Motivate and support team members throughout each shift
- Help train and develop new employees
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive culture
- Step in where needed and maintain strong shift execution
Drive Performance
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
- Support speed of service and operational efficiency
- Help create a fast-paced, positive, and high-performing environment
What We’re Looking For
Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
Open availability is a plus

- Evening Shift
- Weekend Availability Preferred
