Retail Team MemberOverview
We're looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Team Member to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service while helping them find the right smoke and vape products. You'll assist with sales, operate the point-of-sale system, maintain a clean and organized store, and create a welcoming environment that encourages customers to return. Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist customers in selecting smoke and vape products based on their needs while providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Promote relevant products and accessories through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure all customers are properly ID checked in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Follow all store policies and safety procedures for handling vape and smoke products.
- Help maintain inventory by restocking merchandise and reporting low stock when needed.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while providing excellent customer service.
- Support team members with daily store operations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and processing transactions.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning about smoke and vape products to better assist customers.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to following all ID verification procedures and company policies.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
