About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our fast-paced and fun dessert shop. This role supports both the kitchen and front of shop by assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, packaging desserts, and helping wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pans, and kitchen tools quickly and thoroughly
- Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and workspace
- Package desserts with care and attention to presentation
- Assist customers in the shop, including answering questions and helping with purchases
- Support basic customer service tasks such as preparing orders and assisting at the counter
- Assist with general cleaning duties (sweeping, wiping counters, taking out trash, etc.)
- Support team members with kitchen and shop tasks as needed
- Assist with local deliveries when needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a FAST-paced environment
- Friendly and professional when interacting with customers
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to remain on your feet for most of the shift
- Must live within 5 miles of the store location
Important Note
This is a part-time position (Mon 1pm- 6:30pm, Tue 1pm- 6:30pm, Thr 1pm- 6:30pm & Sat 11a-3:30pm)
This is not a seasonal position

Pay: $16.25 - $16.75 per hour
