We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision. We will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
- Perform minor fixes, painting
- Install appliances and equipment
- Do garden/yard upkeep, collecting trash etc.
- Conduct minor maintenance tasks
- Inspect and troubleshoot
- Collaborate with co-workers and other professionals during renovations and repairs
- Report to manager for issues
Requirements
- Very basic knowledge of HVAC (no certification required), plumbing and electrical systems
- Basic knowledge of plumbing
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have reliable transportation & driver's license
- Dependable
