Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations, staff, and regulatory compliance (IDPH)
- Lead department heads and support staff development
- Drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and census growth
- Manage budgets and financial performance
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois LNHA license required
- 2+ years of Administrator experience in skilled nursing
- Strong leadership, regulatory, and operational experience
