The Rockport Public Schools is seeking a highly-skilled, dynamic leader to serve as the Districts Director of Athletics, Intramurals & Extracurricular Activities. The successful candidate will provide leadership, supervision, and coordination for the interscholastic and intramural athletic programs at Rockport Middle High School, and Districtwide extracurricular programs. The Director is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive, student-centered programs that align with the Districts mission, vision and core values; promote sportsmanship; and when appropriate, comply with all Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) and Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) regulations. The Director must possess excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for all aspects of the position.
