Retail Stylist / Denim Fit Specialist – The Denim Bar (Mandeville)
Part-Time or Full-Time (18–40 hrs/week) | $15–$18/hour + commission | Must be 21+
Know your selvedge from your stretch? The Denim Bar is a designer denim concept at 2 Saint Ann Drive in Mandeville. At our store, every guest gets a curated fit experience — with a drink in hand. We're looking for a stylist who can find anyone their perfect pair, manage the details that make it fit like it was made for them, and hit sales goals while doing it.

Schedule:
Shifts fall within store hours: Mon–Sat 10am–6pm, Sun 1pm–5pm
Some weekend availability required
What you'll do:
Curate a personalized fit and styling experience for every guest — men and women
Manage custom alterations from pinning and fit notes through vendor coordination and pickup
Handle special orders and follow through until they're in the client's hands
Serve drinks and keep the bar experience welcoming
Drive sales through expert denim and product knowledge; meet daily and monthly goals
Build lasting client relationships and maintain a dedicated client book
Support merchandising, visual standards, and an organized store
What we're looking for:
21 or older (required — you'll be serving alcohol)
Genuine passion for fashion and denim; fit and fabric knowledge is a big plus
Experience with alterations or tailoring coordination preferred (you don't need to sew — you need to manage the process with precision)
Comfort working with both men's and women's clientele
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through — special orders live and die on details
1+ year retail sales, styling, or hospitality experience preferred
