Represent the Builders Behind America's Biggest Projects
A nationally respected construction litigation practice is seeking a mid-to-senior-level Construction Litigation Attorney to join its California team.
Few construction litigation practices offer exposure at this scale. You'll work on disputes involving some of the nation's largest commercial and infrastructure projects, collaborating with attorneys who manage litigation for one of the country's leading general contractors. That means a consistent pipeline of sophisticated, high-value matters—not routine construction cases.
In this role, you'll handle litigation from discovery through resolution while working on mechanic's liens, stop notices, surety claims, delay disputes, and other complex contractor-side matters. You'll manage your own cases while partnering with experienced litigators on large, multi-party disputes, contributing to case strategy, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of contractor-side construction litigation experience is ideal
- 5+ years of commercial, construction, or employment litigation experience required
- Strong legal research, writing, and motion practice skills
- Experience with mechanics' liens, stop notices, surety matters, and complex contract disputes
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000–$250,000+ DOE
- 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and long-term disability coverage
- 401(k) with profit sharing
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule with a preference for the Los Angeles area
- Opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes litigation in a collaborative team environment
If you're looking for a practice where you'll represent major contractors on landmark projects that shape skylines, transportation systems, and critical infrastructure across the country, this is an exceptional opportunity to build your career handling meaningful, high-profile litigation.
