Process Technician

Work Schedule:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Train and mentor junior production personnel, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
Independently troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions with minimal supervision.
Analyze production and equipment data to generate clear, actionable reports for leadership.
Perform daily inspections of process equipment to ensure stable and safe operation.
Maintain on-site manufacturing processes and develop or revise standard work instructions.
Provide hands-on training and support for new procedures and process improvements.
Participate in root cause investigations of production issues and propose effective solutions.
Maintain accurate and timely operational and maintenance records.
Collaborate with engineers to support and guide special operations or new process setups.
Promptly address reported issues in line with work schedules and supervisor directives.
Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and standards.
Support additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in photovoltaic or semiconductor industries strongly preferred.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills, especially in electrical and mechanical systems.
Proficient in using hand tools and precision measurement instruments.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to work in a shift-based environment and adapt to operational needs.
