Responsibilities

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive market and dealership inventory.
- Follow up with leads via phone and email to nurture relationships and drive sales.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage potential customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Attend dealership events and community outreach programs to promote the brand.
Skills
- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required.
- Public speaking skills to confidently present vehicles to customers.
- Ability to work independently in outside sales environments.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and market trends is a plus.
