Seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining a commercial property portfolio in West Knoxville. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with general commercial maintenance experience and HVAC experience who takes pride in quality work and superior tenant relations. Responsibilities will vary based on building repair needs but the base line responsibilities will be to diagnose and perform routine and minor maintenance repairs in a timely manner, complete daily work orders and follow up to ensure tenant satisfaction, ensure building systems are operating properly, and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment and cooling towers. HVAC experience required but EPA 608 certification is preferred but not required.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
