Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have experience in route driving .This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Truck Driver will operate a 26 foot truck non CDL which includes a reefer and will be responsible for loading and unloading cargo.
Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles
- Load and unload freight according to company procedures and safety standards.
- Navigate designated routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
- Assist with manual transmission driving as required by specific routes or vehicle types.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a DOT card.
- Proven experience in commercial driving with refrigerated trailers.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of route driving and navigation skills.
- Experience with loading and unloading freight safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must pass all required background checks and drug screenings.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
