We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pastry Line Cook to join our culinary team and help create high-quality desserts and pastries that complement our world-class menu.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to LPM recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist with daily pastry production, baking, and mise en place.
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Monitor product freshness, inventory levels, and stock rotation.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Pastry Line Cook, Pastry Cook, Baker, or Pastry Chef is preferred.
- Knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
