In-Home Sales Consultant – Windows & Doors

Legendary CalRep Windows & Doors is a family-owned home improvement company serving Orange County and surrounding areas. We are actively hiring In-Home Sales Consultants to support continued growth.
This is a full-time W2 outside sales position with company-generated leads, paid training, and a proven consultative sales process. No cold calling. No self-generated leads.
We are looking for Smart, Hungry, Humble individuals who love people, bring high energy, and want to build a high-income sales career with integrity.
Position Overview
As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet homeowners in their homes to educate, consult, and close window and door replacement projects. You will follow a structured, consultative sales process focused on customer satisfaction, trust, and long-term relationships.
This is not a high-pressure sales role. We are not the low-price leader—we are the best-value, premium solution provider.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home sales appointments with pre-qualified homeowners
- Follow a 10-Step Consultative Sales Process (training provided)
- Assess homeowner needs, inspect existing windows and doors, and present customized solutions
- Demonstrate product value and confidently ask for the sale
- Work collaboratively with our call center and production team for a seamless customer experience
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional standards
Leads & Support
- Company-generated leads (no cold calling)
- 8–11 appointments per week on average
- Dedicated call center sets, confirms, and manages appointments
- Sales consultants focus on selling—not scheduling, ordering, or install coordination
- Strong production department
Training & Coaching
- Paid training during onboarding
- Weekly sales coaching and ongoing development
- Mandatory education in our proven sales process
- Clear expectations and strong leadership support
Compensation
- W2 position
- Paid training salary during onboarding
- 10% commission on total sales price
- Monthly stretch bonuses after first 3 months

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism

- Evening and weekend availability (minimum of 4 premium appointment slots per week)
- Background check required
- Sales experience preferred but not required

- Full-time, in-field role
