Sales Representative – Corporate Catering Growth (Rush Bowls Dallas)
Part-Time/Contract | 100% Commission | Uncapped Earnings | 15–25 hrs/week
About the Role
Rush Bowls Dallas is looking for a self-motivated Sales Representative to grow our corporate catering and group sales business across the greater Dallas area. This is an independent contractor position with a flexible, self-directed schedule — you control your hours and how you approach the territory.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and close new recurring corporate catering accounts (offices, schools, event venues, organizations)
- Build relationships that turn into repeat, ongoing orders — not just one-time sales
- Close one-time event business (parties, school events, weddings, community events)
- Prepare and deliver proposals and pricing to prospective clients
- Host samplings or tasting events
- Track outbound activity and report on pipeline/results
- Coordinate order details (headcount, menu, delivery/setup) with our team to ensure smooth fulfillment
Territory
Open territory across Dallas and the greater DFW area — no assigned zip codes or account restrictions.
Compensation

- 100% commission, uncapped earning potential. Our structure rewards both closing new accounts and growing them over time — top performers focused on new business can realistically earn $500–$2,500+/month, depending on activity and results. Full commission structure shared during the interview process.
Who You Are
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong communicator who can pitch to businesses and build lasting relationships
- Creative and persistent — you find ways to grow accounts, not just close once
- Sales, business development, or hospitality experience a plus, but drive matters more
Schedule
Flexible, approximately 15–25 hours/week — build your schedule around prospecting and client meetings.
