Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift scheduling, staff supervision, and ensuring smooth service flow
- Lead and train team members on food preparation, customer service, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Toast POS), and food safety protocols
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with strong management skills
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Toast POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Excellent team management skills with experience supervising hospitality teams in casual dining or fine dining settings
- Strong communication abilities for managerial coordination, staff training, interviewing candidates, and customer interactions
- Solid understanding of inventory control, food safety management, and food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and financial reporting
- Experience managing catering or banquet operations is a plus; familiarity with bar or coffee service is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership in managing hospitality teams with a focus on training & development and team motivation
