The Middletown Home is looking for a Full Time Cook to join our Food Service Department. This individual will prepare and serve attractive meals and other foods as required to support the menu specific to diet orders and other facility events. Will review food menus and work orders to determine type and quantities of food to be prepared. Meals will be prepared according to planned menus and standardized recipes in a sanitary manner to ensure the utmost in quality with minimum waste.
Prior batch cooking experience a must. Knowledge of speciality diets a plus.
