Marco’s Pizza is hiring a driven and reliable Shift Leader to help lead our team and ensure smooth, successful store operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a management role and build leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Running store operations during assigned shifts in the absence of the General Manager
- Ensuring team efficiency and shift productivity
- Helping meet sales and performance goals
- Monitoring portion control and daily food usage to control food cost
- Assisting with labor management and shift scheduling needs
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns
- Leading by example and supporting team training and development
Qualifications:
- Hard-working, reliable, and punctual
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Prior management or shift lead experience is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Able to handle responsibility and grow within the role
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
