JAG Floors & Restoration is looking to add a motivated, dependable team member to our growing company. Whether you have experience or are looking to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you.
This position involves installing and refinishing hardwood flooring, installing luxury vinyl plank (LVP), commercial flooring, and learning decorative epoxy floor systems. Every day is different, and you’ll have the opportunity to build valuable skills in a trade that is always in demand.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installing hardwood flooring
- Sand and refinish hardwood floors
- Install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and commercial flooring
- Help prepare and install epoxy flooring systems
- Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Work as part of a team to deliver quality craftsmanship
Requirements:
- Drug-free and able to pass a drug screening
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet throughout the day
- Punctual, dependable, and respectful
- Flooring experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Pay: $32,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
