The Food + Beverage Manager helps lead service in the Tullibee Bar + Lounge and Rooftop Bar. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting daily operations, developing associates and maintaining an exceptional guest experience.
The position requires someone who can think strategically while remaining involved in daily execution. If you prefer only to “see the forest” and not “plant the trees,” this is not the role for you. The ability to act as a soldier is as important as being a general.
You will spend much of the day engaging with associates and guests before, during and after service. You will also play an active role in curating the cocktail menu and creating a distinctive beverage experience.
