Registered Line Technician (RLT)

As an RLT, you'll provide one-on-one support to children with autism, helping them develop important life skills, increase independence, and reach meaningful milestones through evidence-based therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized ABA therapy to clients in the home, clinic, school, and community environments.
- Follow Behavior Treatment Plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Use fun, interactive, and play-based teaching methods to encourage learning, communication, and positive behavior.
- Accurately collect session data and maintain effective communication with supervisors, caregivers, and fellow team members.
- Encourage growth in communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and behavior while supporting each client's unique goals.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is beneficial; comprehensive paid training is provided.
- Must successfully pass a background check, possess a valid driver's license, and have dependable transportation.
