Lead Epoxy Flooring Installer / Operations Manager
Gloss & Grit Epoxy & Concrete is a growing epoxy flooring company based out of Queens, NY servicing Long Island, Westchester, and the NYC metro area.
We are looking to bring on an experienced lead installer / operations-minded individual to help scale the company long term.
We already have:
- Professional grinding and installation equipment
- Established branding and marketing
- Material supplier relationships
- Company vehicle and job setup
- Active lead generation and growing demand
Experience Preferred In:
- Concrete grinding and surface preparation
- Epoxy flooring systems
- Flake systems
- Polyaspartic topcoats
- Metallic epoxy applications (preferred but not required)
- Job site leadership
- Customer communication
- Quality control and attention to detail
This Role Will Involve:
- Leading epoxy flooring installations
- Managing prep and application processes
- Helping coordinate scheduling and operations
- Maintaining clean and professional job sites
- Assisting with long-term company growth

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Prior epoxy / coatings / concrete flooring experience
- Ability to travel throughout Queens, Long Island, Westchester, and surrounding areas
Compensation:
- Pay based on experience
- Project/day-rate structure available
