The Professional Fighters League (PFL) is a global mixed martial arts organization and one of the world's leading combat sports properties. We are seeking 3 x reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Merchandise Booth Staff to support our retail operations during our event at CareFirst Arena in Washington, D.C.
Key Responsibilities
As a Merchandise Booth Staff member, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing the merchandise stand before arena doors open to fans.
- Unpacking merchandise and accurately counting all items by product and size.
- Displaying merchandise in an attractive and organized manner.
- Organizing stock by product type and size for efficient replenishment.
- Providing friendly, professional customer service throughout the event.
- Processing customer purchases and handling payments accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-stocked merchandise area during the event.
- Conducting an accurate end-of-day stock count.
- Packing merchandise securely at the conclusion of the event.
- Completing stock documentation accurately, including inventory counts for stock received and stock returned.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work the full shift.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Be comfortable handling cash and electronic payments.
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy with stock counts.
- Be able to lift and move merchandise boxes as required.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous retail, merchandising, or event experience is preferred but not essential.
