Hibernica Central Park is seeking energetic, personable, and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand throughout the community and help introduce new guests to the Hibernica experience.

As a Brand Ambassador, you are an extension of the Hibernica brand. Your role is to create meaningful first impressions by engaging with the public, distributing promotional materials, educating potential customers about our products and services, and driving awareness of our dispensary through community outreach and marketing initiatives. This role requires confidence, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills while representing Hibernica in a positive and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional first impressions while representing the Hibernica brand.
- Engage with members of the community in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
- Distribute promotional materials, flyers, and marketing collateral at approved locations.
- Educate prospective customers about Hibernica's products, promotions, loyalty program, and upcoming events.
- Encourage first-time visits and build excitement around the Hibernica experience.
- Represent Hibernica at community events, vendor activations, pop-ups, and local partnerships.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance that reflects the Hibernica brand.
- Track outreach efforts and provide feedback on customer interactions and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and promotional initiatives as needed.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, and New York State cannabis marketing regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and store teams to execute community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, promotions, marketing, or brand ambassador experience preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Naturally outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching and engaging with new people.
- Professional, polished, and well-groomed presentation.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for community engagement, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while working outdoor and indoor promotional events.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and community events.
- Must be 21+ and able to meet all cannabis compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promotional Model, Event Representative, Street Team Member, or Community Outreach Representative.
- Cannabis industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Social media or content creation experience is a plus.
