Overview
Amarac Technologies Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Closer to convert qualified sales opportunities into long-term customers. The Sales Closer will conduct product demonstrations, identify customer needs, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing within approved company guidelines, and successfully close software and professional services agreements.
The ideal candidate possesses strong consultative sales skills, experience selling business software or SaaS solutions, and a passion for helping organizations improve operational efficiency through technology.
The following duties are representative but not exhaustive:
Sales
- Manage qualified sales opportunities from discovery through contract execution.
- Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
- Understand each prospect's business challenges and recommend appropriate Amarac solutions.
- Develop customized software proposals and pricing.
- Prepare Statements of Work with internal teams when required.
- Present ROI analyses and business cases.
- Follow established sales methodologies.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build relationships with executives and decision-makers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the purchasing process.
- Coordinate follow-up meetings.
- Address customer questions and objections professionally.
- Facilitate smooth handoffs to implementation and customer success teams.
Negotiation
- Negotiate contracts within company-approved pricing guidelines.
- Collaborate with management for non-standard pricing or contract terms.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM.
- Document all customer interactions.
- Update opportunity stages and forecasts.
- Track proposals, contracts, and renewals.
Collaboration

- Monitor competitors.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience closing complex sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- CRM experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn enterprise software solutions.

Compensation
Compensation may include:
