SCOPE:
The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator drives accurate, efficient, and compliant inventory, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations in a regulated medical device environment, with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, cycle counting, optimized material flow, and adherence to FDA/ISO requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Inventory Management (50–60% of daily activities)
- The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator performs daily inventory management, including cycle counts, physical counts, audits, and reconciliation.
- Create and process inventory adjustments and transfers accurately and on time, obtaining required approvals.
- Maintain accurate inventory records with a strong focus on accuracy, traceability, and efficiency.
Inbound / Receiving (Scheduled 2–3 days during the first and last week of each month)
- Receive and process high-volume inbound shipments accurately.
- The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator conducts physical inspections and post receipts in Business Central (BC)
- Ensure timely put away and proper processing of returned products, service repairs, and marketing sample returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, including proper disposal and recycling of packaging materials.
Outbound
- Pick, package, and ship customer orders, trial, sample, and service items for domestic and international destinations.
- The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator prepares and processes international shipping documentation, including customs and duties paperwork.
Quality & Compliance
- Follow corporate Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Comply with all Quality System requirements, including FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and applicable international standards.
- Ensure accurate receiving, system posting, and efficient put‑away of large shipments following Quality or Inspection approval.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent standing and walking in a warehouse environment; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move heavier pallets (300–900 lbs.) using pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Regular bending, reaching, and handling of inventory items.

Work Environment & Safety
- Primarily warehouse/production-based role.
- Regular exposure to tools, testing equipment, machinery, and moderate to high noise levels.
- Strict adherence to safety, PPE, and operational guidelines required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in a medical device, regulated manufacturing, or similar environment preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Insight Works WMS strongly preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with inventory cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Experience shipping international orders, including customs and duties documentation.
- Forklift certification or prior forklift experience preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel
- Capable of using scale counting and material handling equipment.
- Flexible to support business needs, including extended hours during month end and occasional weekends (standard hours: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. PT with one-hour lunch).

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
