Health Insurance Client Services Representative (Licensed)
Job Type: Part-Time (Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time)

Responsibilities
- Manage client renewals and retention activities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist clients with health insurance options and enrollment support
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued coverage
- Respond to policy questions, updates, and service requests
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support clients during renewals and qualifying life events
- Generate and manage new client opportunities as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and professional demeanor
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and text
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups
- Experience in insurance, client retention, account management, or customer service preferred
