Duties
- Manage daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, and organizing stock using forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
- Oversee order picking and packing processes utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, verifying shipments against documentation and updating inventory records in systems such as AS400 or MRP software
- Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring proper placement for easy access and optimal space utilization
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies
- Support packaging tasks for e-commerce orders, ensuring products are securely packed for shipment
- Operate equipment safely including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers while adhering to safety protocols
Experience
- Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory software such as AS400 or MRP systems
- Skilled in shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and stock replenishment
- Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs is highly preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry accuracy
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes including packaging standards and order accuracy checks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
